Book Review:
From the first page to the last page, this is a heartfelt story about forgiveness and second chances. It’s never easy to trust after having your heart broken. David is fully committed to his daughters and their needs, and he’s desperate for them not to get hurt. I could feel his anger and fear throughout the story and I love how the story unfolded bit by bit with layers of the characters being revealed. Jenny has endured a lot, and she keeps going when it seems impossible. The strong sense of faith shared by both characters gave the story an uplifting vibe even as it worked with difficult topics. Jenny and David’s second chance felt real and the emotions were so well done. I loved this story. I received a copy of this book from the author through JustRead Publicity Tours. I was not required to leave a positive review. All thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.
