Seven Recipes for

About the book
Seven leaps. Seven hours each.
One chance to heal what was broken.
Tucked in the kitchen is a box of handwritten recipes — and a note claiming they can take the baker back in time. It sounds impossible, but the magic proves to work. The rules are simple: seven leaps, seven hours each, and no going farther than seven years back. Just enough time to find Gran, say the words Penny never got to say, and finally heal the rift she regrets creating.
There’s only one small problem. Every time Penny steps into the past, Gran is nowhere to be found. Instead, she comes face-to-face with Corbin Morrow, the cowboy next door she left brokenhearted all those years ago. As she uses one leap after another, the recipes seem to have a knack for showing Penny exactly what she’s been missing. But will she run out of time to mend the hurts of the past and reclaim what she left behind?
My grandmother. To make a long story short, I lost my grandmother several years ago, and one of my biggest regrets about that time in my life was that I was not there for her during those last few months. Seven Recipes for Second Chances is dedicated to her, and while it in no way makes up for me missing out on that time with Granny Pat, it has helped me heal in ways I never expected.
